Courses in Lam Style Tai Chi were run by Waltham Forest Adult Learning and Skills Service for over 26 years. WFALS are not running courses at present. However you can still study Lam Style Tai Chi elsewhere :-

Private lessons and group classes for Lam style improvers can be arranged. Please contact Martin for details.

Haringey offer courses to their residents as part of their "People Need Parks" programme. Booking is required. Details here:-
